Memory Devices announced the new mini-size digital storage card - mini SD card, which is almost 1/2 size smaller and thinner than normal SecureDigital card. However, its transfer speed won't be reduced.
Memory Devices miniSD card offers a reading speed of 10MB and a writing speed of 8MB.
It is especially ideal for future mobile phones, high-resolution digital cameras, digital camcorders and PDAs
Its low-battery consumption allows the reading and writing of data well over 100,000 times, and the data may be kept for as long as 10 years.
