*Procedures to unlock the "Privacy Zone" (secured partition) in case the password was forgotten.
Note: This procedure will format the "Privacy Zone" (secure partition) WITHOUT notification.
- Plug the Mobile Disk M23 into a USB port of a PC.
- Backup all the files stored in the "Public Zone".(The partition has no password protection.)
- Execute "DiskPartition.exe" from the installed folder.
- At the 6th failure of password verification, "Privacy Zone" will be formatted without notification . The password and all data stored in "Privacy Zone" will be erased.
- Please unplug and plug the Mobile Disk again.
- Password protection of "Privacy Zone" was now removed.
